Currently Overbrook Homes owns and manages over 150 apartments in the heart of Overbrook. The principal of Overbrook Homes is a managing member of Hainesport Industrial Park which houses 200 small and entrepreneurial businesses and was previously the co-founder of PT Real Estate Capital, LLC which managed the revitalization of over 1000 apartment units in the greater Philadelphia area including half a dozen multimillion dollar successful redevelopment projects.
